I have flown Jet Airways a number of times. Having flown on renowned international airlines like Emirates, I can recommend Jet Airways as the best airline for domestic travel in India.
The service right from the reservations, check in and finally in-flight makes travel a real pleasure. Very rarely has the flight been delayed and even in my worst experience, the delay was not more than an hour.
I have also noticed a marked improvement in the service of Indian Airlines due to the benchmark set by Jet in terms of services rendered.
I look forward to Jet extending their coverage in India as I am forced to travel by other airlines on routes not serviced by Jet. I also look forward to Jet entering the international sector as soon as possible. I would also recommend that they start offering inflight entertainment which would take them to the very top.
