My experience was okay with jet airways from hyderabad to mangalore.
we booked ticket on a particular day and after that it got cancelled and we got a message of different flight ticket timings without any intimation.Fortunately my friend was there in the same and he informed about the change or else I would have been in trouble.
We called them and made the change according to next possible time and the process was not smooth .firstly they should intimate if any change and honestly thee is no weather problems or such kind of natural disturbances and changing randomly is not good one as I have no option but booking for this services as they wont refund money immediately or else I should have tried some other services and booked according to my feasibility .
even the arrival of flight was late and we had connected flight and we were just 5 minutes before the other one . we were in a hurry. food and
service were good .
So you should think of while going for jet airways
