This review is about the Jet airways konnect which I took from Chennai -Pune(via Bangalore). The flight was by 10.05 am and I reached airport by 9 itself. Luggage checking was quite simple and the major problem was boarding gates.
No body was there in Jet airways counter and there was no announcement made to get into which gate. It was our own effort to go and ask staff and get into the respective gates to board the flight. I went along with my parents and it was their first flight voyage.. Really wondered what first time travelers would have experienced. Very bad from Jet ....!
On board staff were fine and the interiors of flight were clean and nice. No entertainments inside the flight and the snacks were also a bit costlier ..! Apart from the Chaos in airport everything was fine the flight was on time all the way and it was a pleasant experience.
I would recommend Jet for all who expect a decent ride with one of the most professional airliner in India (don’t know professional is an apt term after the prob in boarding...!)
