Jet airways have always been a pioneer in customer care. Well I had to go to Bangalore, when there was some problems with the trains plying between Mumbai and southern Region. I had no option left but to go by Air. With so many problems around and with financial crunch I was looking for the best at minimal cost. It was really very bugging during that time since almost all the Airlines were fully packed with reservations. What should I say that it was my luck or my destiny that my brother managed to get two tickets for Bangalore from Jet Airways. It was not my first takeoff with Jet. But to my bad luck the weather that day for not good … The flight took off . Things were going on Fine but suddenly due to bad weather..The captain had to divert route..i was really horrified as the change in route would affect my entire schedule. But the captain was making series to announcement that he would take due care that the flight doesn’t get delay.
The entire crew was very helpful in all terms .Every time the air hostess or air purser was called she/he came with a smiling face with a willingness to help u and give the best. Finally the flight reached Bangalore without any delay. I heaved a sigh of relief as my entire plan was on schedule. Now one can understand that why it is Real Joy of flying with Jet. The service of Jet makes it the best and ones get sometimes short of words to describe the quality of service which Jet Offers
