Jet Privilege Member, A Curse....

I’ve been a Jet privilege member from Nov 2013, as I had applied for ICICI bank Jet Airways credit card. As per Jet Airways policy, I had to receive 10, 000 bonus JP miles and 1 base fare wave of deal as a joining benefit after I made my 1st payment, which I did on 8th of December.


So the bonus JP miles had to be credited into my account by 8th of Jan 2014 and so the base fare wave of deal code, which I didn’t receive till march. So I called them up and they said I’ll receive it within 7 days and again I didn’t. So again I called them up in the 1st week of April when they said I’ll receive it within 3 working days.


I waited till 25th of April and I again called them and again I got answer I’ll receive it within 72 hours. Fed up of their promises, I finally called them up on 2nd May for the base fare waiver code, and requested them to escalate the call to their superiors, when they hung up on me.


Again I called them after 15-20 mins and again requested to escalate call to their superiors, where I was kept on hold for almost 22 mins.


The answer from the superior was “THE MATTER HAS BEEN PUT UP TO HIGHEST LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT, BUT WE CAN’T GIVE YOU UNTIL 3 DAYS AND THERE IS NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO.”


As I had to book the tickets I requested them that i’ll book the tickets and you can refund me the base fare, for which they did not agree.


Finally I book the tickets without any code and made full payment. Until now I have not received the base fare wave of code and 10, 000 JP miles. Pathetic approach, rude behavior, unprofessional attitude and Signature answer of all staff -from bottom to top-even manager -which she calls herself Preet-’THERE IS NOTHING MORE WE CAN DO AND WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE."
