We were on the last lap of our trip to Delhi-manali-Delhi and were preparing to take the Rajdhani back to Bangalore.We called the station to check whether it was leaving on time when they informed that it stood cancelled due to floods at A.P.
We immedietely booked flight tickets and Jet was the only one available in the luxury catagory.We boarded the 6.30 early morning flight and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a new aircraft.They had put on the latest movies and you can choose from english and hindi.I watched ’Angels and Demons’while being happily catered to by the in-flight attendants.Food was good.
We were prepared for a little turbulance but experienced none-whatsoever.The flight was smooth despite the lousy weather at Andra.
