Jet Airways is the No.1 airliner in India and rightfully so. I think it would take time for anybody to beat its position.
I have been flying Jet 2 yrs or more and I hv never had complaints. Only once their flight was delayed by more than an hr but that due to foggy conditions.
Starting from the check-in counter to baggage handling is spotless.
Easy check-in. The staff is courteous and ready to understand a little over-weight with a smile.
Courteous flight attendants.
In flight facilities are good. Food/welcome drink served in time. Food quality is also good.
Good leg-space makes travel a pleasure.
Best part.. I see the fares really affordable these days. Maybe because of competition, but so long its benefiting the customer, I really dont mind.
The only negative points I can think is that they are far behind in the in-flight entertainment saga. Has it something to do with Boeing flights!!!
