Hello, Have flight already many times to India. This was our first time we flew by jet airways. We had a flight from kolkata to mumbai . Never had such a good leg space in an economic class. Check in tooks a long time, for example in comparing to singapore airlines. Staff is friendly, but a little reserved. Food is not good. Now every food in an plane taste the same, but this was really bad. So we didn’t eat much, only the bread was okay. We know that’s an indian company, but not everybody likes the dal and other things from there. It’s a pity that the configuration with the triple seven is 3-3-3. Many people fly as man and wife and then you have sometimes a fat man/woman in between. So is not comfortable.
