Don’t book Jet Airways when you have a transit time >4 hours. On June 17 from Amsterdam to Dhaka with transit Mumbai. I had to wait 8 hours in Mumbai. Lounge policy of Jet Airways: 4 hours before departing flight you can visit the lounge. Jet Airways didn’t allow me as transit passenger to enter the lounge after I arrived from Amsterdam. They are not taking care of passengers in transit. Warning for all business travellers: don’t book Jet Airways when you have a transit time more than 4 hours. JA duty manager not friendly and no respect for passenger. Policy is policy. I think JA has to change their policy for passengers in transit and to learn their managers how to communicate with passengers. I selected meal by booking. Both meals not available. Bad service. No compensation at all! No apologies.
