I am at the airport while writing this review. It almost 1 am and its 5 hrs since my brother in Law missed his Jet Airways flight to Dubai on 18th of Feb 1945hrs.
Honestly they had been kidnaped by Jet Airways by not able to give paperwork to go out of security. The flight has already reached Dubai hours back and these maneac people of Jet Airways can’t get people out of security.
I can’t imagine it some elderly person struck like this they will just die by the time they come out of airport.
Its nightmare sitting at the airport at this hour waiting to take back my brother in law back to home.
I am still waiting at the airport at 1am midnight 18th Feb because of such a service level shown by Jet Airways.
