Well we all know how wonderful Jet experiences in India are.
When they announced they were going international I was skeptical.....long haul flights are a totally different ball game altogether in comparison with domestic and short haul flights.
But I was pleasantly surprised.
Booked a London-Delhi-London. It was a last minute need to travel and I was expecting the prices to match that of a space flight.
It cost me about 400GBP a few hours before the scheduled take off.
starting with the staff at the checkin counter there were the usual friendly courteous staff which one is so accustomed to from JET.
and then the flight itself.
Id have to say the seat itself is a lil.narrow and the leg space isnt the most comfortable. But the service makes up for it manyfold.
The food was definitely amongst the best sky meals Ive had.
The staff was very accommodating.....and they dint cringe when u called for the crew in the middle of the night.....smiles all through.
water, wine, coffee....anything.
and the in flight duty free had a decent range of products....except of course ud better carry pounds or euros or dollars in small change because they tend not to have change.
But all in all HATS OFF TO THE GUYS......they are a breath of fresh air in international flights.....i bet other airlines might wanna learn something from them.....keep up the good work Jet!!!
