We had booked a flight Hyd To Pune on Jetlite, it was a connecting flight for us, as we were travelling from Bhubaneswar to Pune. This Jetlite flight was cancelled and they offered us the other one which is at 9PM. Since it was not suitable for us, we asked them to cancel it. Its been more than a month now, the money has not been refunded.
Also we have spent hours contacting the call centre and all we get is ’Your money will be refunded soon’. Moreover, the departments and data for Jet and Jetlite are different, so you need to again wait on hold to be transferred to the correct department anc contact person.
In short, we have had a horrifying experience with Jetlite and will never chose this airlines again.
Update: We finally got the refund.
