A don't care attitude

Once I used to fly Air Sahara very frequently. But of late the story is different.


I had purchased an online ticket for Air Sahara flight from Goa to Mumbai. Upon reaching the airport there was no Sahara baggage attendant in sight. "Go Air" people helped me get the baggage screened. Upon reaching the counter and after obtaining the boarding pass I was told that the flight is delayed by 2 hours. I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Kolkata (fortunately not Sahara) which I was sure to miss with the new schedule.


I asked around and found that there was another flight from another airlines leaving in 45 minutes. I asked Sahara for a refund. They took about 20 minutes and some telephone calls to come to a conclusion that they can give me a Cancellation Reference number.


During the whole ordeal, it was evident that Sahara staff doesn’t care a bit about you.
