Very recently, I had booked a round ticket Mumbai- Kolkata- Mumbai. Although the flight took off late , there was no remorse for it. Continuing with the same , the flight had a very hard landing.
On my way back, due to it being an morning flight , got up early and was ready to leave, when they sent an sms mentioning the delay in flight to afternoon (delay of nearly 3 hours).
As I arrived at the Kolkata airport, there was no clue as to when the flight was actually leaving, Everybody in the airline had a different time, for the same flight. I was later told by one of the regulars, it was routine with them!
As I had , my daughter’s b’day the very same day and we had organised a party for the same. I was wondering whether I will be able to make it on time? Finally after two more hours, we left but in the meanwhile I had ample time to explore each and every corner of the airport bldg. (great time pass source). Once again, to live up to its reputation, we had a hard landing!
It didn’t end there- on arrival the luggage was kept on the convener belt without mentioning the flight name/ particulars, everybody had a hard time locating their belongings, My entire day was wasted , in the process, which ideally should have been of max 2.5 hrs. So my advice, pl. check out others, before opting for this airline!
