I travelled from Mumbai to Hyderabad last month on a Jetlite flight . I had to choose this airline because the timing was convenient and I did not get a seat in the Air India flight that was leaving half an hour before this flight. As many had mentioned in earlier posts in this portal, the service of Air Sahara used to be much better.
The reception at the check-in counter was very cold. The lady in the check in counter did not ask for any seat preference. Three times she made a mistake in keying in the JP number, no apology, nothing. The whole process was just mechanical. I have to do it, so let me get on with it, sort of attitude. Inside the aircraft, the situation was no better. The worst food any airline has ever served. It was supposed to be a meal in a box. It was cold and insipid. Given a choice never travel by Jetlite.
