My mom had gone to their place for 12 days and below is the mail I wrote to them a couple of days back but as expected didn’t get any revert or clarifications for the same. Really shameful to be writing this for a naturecare spa.
Thank you for the lovely experience and the stories that have been provided by you to my mom and eventually to us when she has come back home. She loved the experience and the feeling of meeting new people and getting inspired by many.
Because of your recommendation we made it 12 days from the earlier 7-8 days Plan. It was an amazing experience and mom feels nice.
Lastly thanks for spooling my moms health to the max and making sure that she is bed ridden at the end and making it a completely waste of money and time to come to your spa. On giving regular Complaints to your staff about the construction going on in the cottage next door and my mom specifying that she is having lot of issue as she is asthmatic.
Thanks for making sure that no solution was provided by your staff and doctors saying that her major Asthana attack is not cause of the dust in her cottage and surrounding area but it is natural. Thank you for making her health so bad on the 8th day onwards that now she is unable to move without taking her medications.
Thank you for caring for my mother and making sure the spa was a a brilliant experience which converted into a nightmare. Should have not taken your advice and sent her for more than 7 days. I am writing this with all expectations for you or your team to block me or put my name and all related in the black list, but I don’t care. Your staff did not care for my mom so why should I care about you.
I would request you to send me contact details of your Management(I’m sure you won’t) but I will still try to askThanks once again for the experience you provided to my mom and also doing exactly opposite of what was expected. Instead of getting health and fine my mom is worse than before thanks to Natura.
I would be posting this on most review sites to let people know that you don’t care about people and construction is more important than your customers / residents and their health.
