We purchased Reliance Jio Air fiber in June 2024 and we have been continuously facing issues with "integration" of devices i.e. Air fiber is creating issue with Printer and CCTV camera LAN connection( not cloud). Earlier, we have been using the internet from local famous internet provider and not faced such issues. But then, despite the changing the device of AIR fiber the issue still remains. To prove our point, in fact bought new conection from their Next best alternative and the entire problem resolved in a minute. I wish to have the full refund back which is around 8 thousand rupees for literally getting harassed on repeated customer care calls and unstoppable issue.
