Pathetic Service - 4K settop Box dead in 1 week

After paying Rs. 2500(For Jio Set top Box & Modem) I took the JioFiber connection on September 23, 2020. No complaints on the speed, it gives 130-140 Mpbs(Speed test). However the 4K set top box did not power up after 1 week time(Exactly from October 1, 2020),   I made complaints to the boy who took my order. But until today(October 11, 2020), no response from any one to rectify this. Even the phone stopped working few times in between. I had to hard reset the modem to make it work.


They do not provide a single contact point(at least a customer care hotline number) to report issues.


They again proved that reliance is a highly unreliable company(at least in this sector), despite accepting huge funding from global investors.
