Very very Bad Services of JioFibre

Refund of Rs 1500 has not processed yet for the last 14 days for my JioFibre account.


My Prepaid JioFibre Account No. is: 299139862180


I made the cancellation request for my JioFibre broadband connection on 27th as I had to relocate to other city & I used it for only 10-15 days, but I’ve not received my refund of Rs 1500 yet even after 14 days of my cancellation request.


Is the services of JioFibre is that poor that they don’t provide refund?


But while buying the connection, JioFibre said that the security of Rs 1500 is refundable, but I’ve not got my refund yet even after 14 days of my cancellation request.
