Hi, I am using Jio fiber for past 3 months initial stage it was good after installation. But if cable cut in your area then your porblem will be started. Main Problem is your request will close by customer service without getting any confirmation from consumer.After 1 week my service got resumed. Again unfortunately I was shift my resident to other flat in same area. I request shifting of service same was not accept by customer care they ask me to sent mail. After several mail till now I didnt get any response from Jio Team. They show interest in new connection only jio staff itself told me to cancel existing service and ask me to book new service. In this we have to loss of installation charge of Rs.1000.00. So my advice is better to avoid Jio fiber.
