I installed Jio Fiber’s internet service in my office about 3 months ago. I have been very upset ever since I used this Internet service.
When I installed Jio Fiber internet service, the company executive promised me that you will get 100 Mbps speed. But I was getting only 10 Mbps speed. The internet of this company hangs frequently. If I used to do some important work in my office, the internet would go off in between. Due to which I had a lot of financial loss. Sometimes internet connectivity is not able to start for 2 hours.
When I got internet installed the company promised to refund me 1500 rupaye. When I got the connection disconnected, they returned me only ₹ 1000. When I reached out to the customer care of Jio Fiber regarding this, they did not give me any satisfactory reply. If you want to get internet connection then don’t get internet of this company even by mistake.
