Took a Jiofiber connection recently. Activated Trial Pack which is supposed to give back the full refund amount if I disconnect the service within 30 Days. So let me share my experience. Within 24 days I disconnected the service by calling them on their customer care number. And from now the inconvenience begins. After 2 days of the request the connection was terminated. Then the device pickup was scheduled within 3 days of disconnection. But nothing happened. Complained on CC they repeated same scripted lines. And in the meantime the pickup schedule was rescheduled again and again. And after few days finally the Jio engineer came and collected the device. Then the refund delay started. 1wk, 2wk, 3wk gone. And refund finally arrived after 25 days with lots o complaint over twitter, fb, and on National Consumer Helpline. Because without this they didn’t even bothered to call for giving a feedback for the service request raised. Well I was lucky enough to get my refund within 25 days. But my friend was not lucky this much. So even after more than 2 months NO ONE FROM JIO CAME TO PICKUP THE DEVICE. AND REFUND? ?? Whats that? According to Jio their engineer was not able to get in touch with customer even after multiple tries so they cancelled the device pickup, and terminated the account and They didn’t refunded a single penny. And in these times no one from Jio literally no one contacted my friend. So this is the new SCAM by JIO.
And yes, internet speed is good gives according to the plan. But in the evening its worst. Cant even send a whatsapp message properly.
