Jio’s network is very weak. I live in a small village where there is no Jio Tower and no network. I talked to customer service but no one answered. And the other thing is that the Jio company made the data pack very cheap. That a good thing. Jio company owners should pay attention to their customers as I have been complaining about the network for a long time and have also applied for the tower, yet no response has been received. I give Jio a negative review because they don’t respond to customers properly, I just talk about myself, I don’t talk about other people so I don’t consider my review negative.
