Speed test returns expected result but browsing/streaming/online gaming experience is terrible. High latency and plentiful of jitter, simple web pages take forever to load. Sometimes, Facebook, Twitter and Twitch do not load at all. Jio keeps throttling the connection all the time.
Extremely terrible experience. Local ISPs are miles better and offer much better services at similar prices. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
Their help and support team sucks too. Nobody on their team has any relevant experience or knowledge aside of very basic troubleshooting.
