The customer service has a bunch of moronic unprofessional folks. They just do not have a grasp of the issue at hand. They will just send standard messages or give standard answers. The complaint resolution mechanism is just trash. The tickets get closed without proper resolution.
Don’t waste your time ordering from Jiomart. Big Basket, Grofers, Amazon are far better.
