JioMart takes order in name of discounts & never delivers products on time. Also never replies properly why they are not delivering the order, just keep on asking wait for 48 hrs or 72 hrs. My order was divided in two shipments of which 1 was delivered half products & second shipment is still not delivered. On asking customer care, they ask to wait. My question is why should customers wait after time line which the provided. Also no proper solution for missing products. Very very poor n inefficient service. please don’t order on jio mart ever. Beware of delivery persons who will misguide saying they will deliver in next shipment, which they never deliver. On enquiring they straight away denied of any product left to be delivered. 1 star option not available, why?
