The store guys pack whatever they find nearest to the item you ordered. Only current store offers applicable. Not what you booked online. Finally they prepare bill freshly as per current store prices and deliver to you. So its like tentatively telling store guy list of some items and deliver as per his current store prices and offers.
Another problem is, I ordered the oil packets and both are leaking. I dont see any RETURN or REFUND option from my order list. You cant even reach customer service on the number given. There is literally no issue redressal mechanism. Youre completely at the mercy of the local reliance store that delivers. And they purposefully delivering damaged and stale products to get rid of them. Because they know, we cant return or do anything. Theyre killing the brand at birth itself.
With changed items and changed prices from what you ordered online, youll be at shock. I understand from other answers here that experience is same across India.
