Jio Postpaid Service has sent me bill for the period of 14/04/2022 to 13/05/2022.But they had overcharged the bill amount as per details given below.While contacting there customer care number six time first they reluctant to accept any fault but at last they lodged my complaint unwillingly.The details are as follows.
(1) For the Period of 14/04/2022 to 16/04/2022.The amount charged as per bill is Rs436.60 for 3 days (exclusive of 18%GST)which should be Rs79.9(exclusive of 18%GST) @Rs799 per month plan.
(2)For the Period of 17/04/2022 to 13/05/2022.The amount charged as per bill is Rs806.40 for 27 days (exclusive of 18%GST)which should be Rs899.10(exclusive of 18%GST) @Rs999 per month plan.
(3)Total amount for the period of 14/04/2022 to 13/05/2022 should be Rs79.90+899.10=Rs979.00 (Exclusive of 18%GST).
Hence Total chargeable bill amount with 18%GST should be Rs979x1.18=Rs1155.22.Also I have paid Rs500 earlier so actual bill amount payable should be Rs1155.22-500=Rs655.22.
(4)But as per per bill send by you Bill amount is Rs1620.20 and payable amound is Rs1120.20 duly adjusting Rs500 paid by me earlier.
(5)Hence excess amount charged by you is Rs1120.20-655.12=Rs465.08.
(6)In this regard I have humbly requested you to adjust excess billed amount i.e Rs465.08 (charged by you) in this bill cycle only or give me explanation that how Rs436.60(Without 18% GST) had charged for the period of 3 days only(From 14/04/2022 to 16/04/2022)@RsRs799.00 per month(Exclusive of 18%GST).
(7)I dont expect silly excuses from your side as I have checked several times and I didnt get any column justifying this excess bill for three days
(8) For your kind information I want to inform you that for the period of 14/04/2022 to 16/04/2022 applicable bill plan was Rs799 per month and changed to Rs999 From 00:00 hrs as on 17/04/2022 for the period of 17/04/2022 to 13/05/2022.
