I have purchase Jio air fibre on 25th April 24 and till day I am not getting speed or getting connected to vpn. There deficiency of service by the provider hence I wanted to refund the money I have remitted to Jio which is Rs.21, 225/84 being an annual .I have taken the connection through my another number 944490xxxx.
The company is not refunding nor rectifying the error in spite of hundreds of calls. I am afraid that Jio broad band is only for entertainment another for working from home
