For phones which do not have volte support have to make data on and then place a call using app known as 4 G voice call. Which is a major drawback . This app doesn’t open fast it takes a long time.
It also takes more time to place a call sometime there is a problem called cannot configure jio Sim. In this case we have to delete the content of jio or Re install the application .
