Hi guys! I purchased jio 4 wifi router for my office on 11th april 2018. Well I am experiencing very low speed in my area. I am not able to browse faster. In yamunanagar browsing speed is of 20kb/s and downloading speed is of 100kb/s its very low. It takes lot of time to open webpages. Only 4 mobiles are able to browse at this speed in my office. Downloading is not the cup of tea for jio4 wifi router. Its just a crap router. I am not ableto play any online video. Video calling doesn’t stand a chance at this speed. Only I am able to play online audio files which is very bad thing. I have camplaind to jio customer care but they only wrote feedback and asked me to wait for 72hours. But I have received no resolution.
So guys don’t purchase this nonuseful device.
