I am reviewing this product because I think I need to take a stand against this operator because jio is one of they best ISP till date this jiofi M2 router is so good .
They internet speed is very good it gives somewhere around 5 Mbps in urban areas ; 3-5 Mbps in semi - urban areas ; and 2-3 Mbps in rural areas so there is 4g coverage even in gir forest in gujrat where I went last month . I loved it because they have towers everywhere even in they forest a big thumbs up to they company and taking efforts to improve they internet service in my area.
Thier is no connection disruption when there are heavy rains or bad weather it does not affect they connection speed or connection doesnt disable and is very reliable network due to its 4g coverage and competitive plans at low cost .
Service and support is very good I had complained about connection speeds and they had resolved my problem within 24 hours so I was really happy and satisfied with its customer care and support which even bigger companies not able to provide .
