I Placed an order for Groceries on 27/06/2020 with JioMart through their mobile application and paid the entire bill upfront. The Delivery was Scheduled on 29/06/2020. However, I did not receive delivery on 29/06/2020 and their app showed delivery on 29/06/2020. On complaining with their customer care they said that there is issue with their software and goods once invoiced show as delivered even when they are actually not delivered. They said to wait for few days for delivery. I followed up with them upto 04.07.2020 for delivery of my order but there was no proper response to which I requested them to cancel my order and refund the entire money to my account. Post 04.07.2020 I have been continuously following up with them for my refund but there is no proper response. They do not respond to emails, tweets, calls.
