JIO Mart shocked me by providing me with two really rude customer service encounters in a row. On 01/12/2021, I placed an order for goods from JIO Mart with order number 16962809066292M and paid Rs 2135 using a credit card.


On 07/12/2021, the order was marked as delivered, however it was never delivered, and I never received a call from the delivery boy. Since 07/12/2021, I’ve been writing emails and contacting their customer service department on a regular basis, but they have done no action. I simply got a guarantee that my money will be repaid.


However, I have not gotten a single contact from the Jio-Mart personnel to inform me of my refund status. After waiting about half an hour to 45 minutes to meet with the escalation team, she began by reiterating the same thing:’would get back to you within 48 days.’ And, to my astonishment, I discovered that my refund procedure had not yet begun. I have urged them to cancel my transaction and start a refund for months, and they continue to tell me falsehoods.
