I ordered rice, but Jio Mart did not delivered it even for more than 20 days. When I raised my complaint to customer service head, he give postman kind remarks that cancel the order and reorder.When I check price of it, it was increased one. Very next day they cancel my order with remark that I refused to accept the order from my doorstep, but nobody even came to deliver the order. Even they told that I was not available at my home when they came to deliver order. I suggest you to boycott Jio Mart. It’s customer service is also useless.
