Recent purchase with the app gone wrong

I was using jiomart app to order groceries for me. I have ordered some chips and biscuits and the rate was fine I paid online and it shows to deliver within 30 mins and it also reached to me within the timeframe. When I check the item two items are missing from bill when I asked the delivery partner he said that I will get refund for that. I raise a request with jiomart and the customer support say that you will get your refund within seven days. My concern is if some items are not available why you are showing that the item is available is this kind of transactional fraud they are making show their revenue is growing or something else.


Secondly, the app is so slow it takes minutes to open. The product listing and images looks cheap. The customer support isn’t good at following the customer complaint. Sometimes they send you product which you have not ordered because they want a sell at any cost. These experiences are getting customer go away from the platform. Order update and delivery system is also not good. Even after giving feedback they just ignore it. Many customers are frustrated because of product missing, damaged and slow response to customer complaint.
