1) 2 times order has been cancelled and whenever I call customer support, they just sayDue to Technical Error order has been cancelled. Refund is not yet initiated, they say it will take 7 working days.
2) Customer support team are worst, not having proper communication, not having proper communication skills.
3) Very worst behaviour from JioMart.
4) Later, prices are increased too much, I think this is the reason they have cancelled those 2 orders.
