Hello everyone, I have seen many people doing complaints regarding jio money application. most of the people says only one thing that they dont get there refund if transaction failed on app. I would like to say that dont listen to everyone because some people are just complaining fake about jio money app just to make sure that jio money dont survive. I am customer of jio from august month and I am using jio money app from like october 2016 and believe me I have never face any problem with this app. I have used this app to pay bills, did recharge of mobiles, payed bill at grocery shops / shoping malls, I never faced any problem, only last time on 9th april I did recharge of 303 rs and it got failed but amount was deducted from bank so I called customer care and to my surprise within 2 rings they hve picked up the call and listened to me carefully and noted my complaint and I hv given them transaction number too and they have ensure me within 7 days I will get my refund back and on 4 th day I got my money back in the bank.
so its my request to u all that please just dont follow on others people negative comments blindly. coz few peoples are just writing complaints like that only and others who have faced problems get angry by reading fake people comment and they get disturbed and keep on writing bad things. I would recommend you to try jio money app because its better and improved too.
