Got delivered a track pant with missing price tag. Even after sending more than 10 emails, did not get any reply from their side.
Had conversation with customer care executive twice but in vain. They simply put you on hold and then say they would inform you as soon as they get an update from the concerned team. But, you will never get any reply after that.
Again you will dial the customer care, again they will say the same thing and the cycle continues.
If you want to use Jockey only, then it is better to order from Amazon to Flipkart to avoid problems in return and refunds.
