Wed ordered a bunk bed for our kids in mid of December 2020 at the Marathahalli store.They sounded very experienced and highly professional and we were indeed impressed and glad with our decision. However, while we were given a 35 days
deadline by word, the bill quoted a timeline of 45 to 50 days. We were still okay with it. But it is past Mid of March now and we havent received nor we are anywhere near receiving the bed. Weve been following up with them for a long time now, since we crossed the 60 day mark. There is a Mr. Noor at the Marathahalli store who is above all of us human beings.He will never pick your call or respond to your messages. In the very rare occasion he chooses to respond to you (only through a message ofcourse, we are not great enough to warrant a call from him), he will choose sarcasm over professionalism. He told us we should go to Jodhpur if we wanted to see our bunk bed. Yes, entrusting him with our money wasnt enough, so we had to spend on flights to Jodhpur to see that bed.
There is another person Mr.Amit whose name is on their bill so we thought he would be a bit more responsible. But how stupid we were. He picked our first call and told us he would call us back in 5 minutes after checking the status. I had to call him back after a week to remind him his 5 minutes was over a week back. Since then he hasnt picked any of our calls. Once I started calling him frequently expecting him to pick up atleast once, he delegated the job of dealing with us, to one of his associates. Since then, weve been promised many times, we would receive the bed in 10 days. Since its been close to 100 days since the order, we asked them to cancel the order, which they readily agreed to. But as one would expect, getting the money back has become the next challenge now. First they said they will transfer via GPay. Then they said it is a 48hour process. Then they decided they would transfer only via bank and wanted our account details. Then the next 48 hours wait - which is over and we havent got the money back.
Overall, they have been completely unprofessional, very unresponsive and completely apathetic to our plight. The only exception was Mr. Sasi, the associate who has been talking to us. But he is helpless himself.
