I, am writing this review as, I visited this place in October 2011 and couldn’t find any review that is beneficial for tourist. The following points should be noted.
This hotel is located overlooking the jog falls.
You will get a room in average condition 2-3 beds for Rs 500.(Not very clean but OK for 1 night).

Best time to visit the place would be during the Monsoon till October End.
There are quite a number of nearby places to see E.g. a DAM, Wild life Sanctuary, Temples etc.
6. There is a attached restaurant with the Hotel serving only south Indian foods, there is shopping complex in the Premises that has a number of small kiosks selling idili, Maggi, Parathas, Egg’s Etc.
