I used their services from june to September and that was the worst broadband experience ever!
They charged me Rs. 1300 for installation wich is way more I’ve ever paid or seen anyone pay.
800 is their basic rate but they charged 500 more because they said that my house is far from their office so they’d need more cable length.
Now coming to their services,
Oh boy!
Their 5mbps plan feels like 50kbps when you’re surfing.
I checked the speed on speedtest ookla app and it was constantly 120ish kbps.
Complaining to their customer service will give you a headache.
While downloading the highest speed I’ve ever seen during 4 months is 467 kbps.
Joiser broadband is like politicians;
They will offer you,
They won’t complete their end of the bargain,
You will feel cheated at the end.
And that’s the bottom line cause ’IT’S TRUE’.
If you wanna feel cheated go for it else you know. ????
