Bad service and refund policy

I applied for a connection in May 2018 in South Mumbai heart of the city, the local Joister office received the inquiry, they collected the cheque and 500 cash for wire installation, and did not complete the connection.


I had to followup  umpteen times with the local engineer and the team leader, First of all they don’t care and will not return your call.


Then finally they were not able to complete the connectivity and I had to request for a refund. the Process of refund is so lengthy it took a total of 3.5 months which included 7-8 calls and a trail of 25 communication on email. and the support helpline doesn’t even bother about the customer pain points. they just keep ignoring the customer by giving the same crap talks.


I would not recommend Joister, unless they first get the connection to your door step, only then make the payment that too only pay Qtrly for the first year, who knows their line might keep getting faulty every other day. Their processes are very lengthy and don’t bother about customer satisfaction. all they see is about getting their money.
