Pathetic network and equally bad customer support

Installed the link almost 3 months back. Downtime of more than 15 days. Add to it poor speeds and no option to upgrade without forfeiting 6 months Advance rental. Strange customer policy.mails go unanswered even after several reminders and reaching customer care on phone is a nightmare. By luck even if you reach them getting complaint number from them is not easy. No ownership and accountability Strictly advice to avoid using this service provider
