Fraudulent scammers.

I paid in Jan for the month of Feb but Joister shut down in my area. I was told to ask for a refund from customer support. I called them but they’re not refunding me my money. It’s been 3 months. Every time I call they give excuses saying it’ll be done next week. I’ve emailed& called multiple times now but they keep repeating next week next week next week next week. Beware of these fraudulent scammers! When are you refunding my money, though? Next week or next year?
