I paid in Jan for the month of Feb but Joister shut down in my area. I was told to ask for a refund from customer support. I called them but theyre not refunding me my money. Its been 3 months. Every time I call they give excuses saying itll be done next week. Ive emailed& called multiple times now but they keep repeating next week next week next week next week. Beware of these fraudulent scammers! When are you refunding my money, though? Next week or next year?
