Joister is worst network ever over past 3 months. Joister network was not working for almost more than week in our area. Called on help line no for over every day but customer service is very poor no response was given. Worst customer service ever after several calling an technical person was send to resolve problems then too problem was not solved after 3-4 visit of technical person and several calling to customer care and Technical person was solved but then too internet speed was slow. Internet connection has so many drops that I can’t even work with this kind of internet. Even if I raise any ticket they will just check whether your connection is working or not and they close the ticket without your confirmation.
It was like every 10 minutes there is continuous drop. So I have raise atleast 6 to 7 time’s these ticket after 3 or 4 days they close it by themselves. I am so much fade-up on there service.
At one time I was thinking of filing and FIR against them for Fraud service. I am paying them 900 bugs for 10 Mbps and I am not able to utilize it at all. I am just baring them only because of Covid situation and they know that very well.
I a just pissed of of there service. And ya I forgot to tell you this in Mumbai city not even suburbs or out skirt of Mumbai.
My strong recommendation go for any other ISP or use Mobile Internet but dont go for Joister. At start they will treat you like a God. But once you buy there plan for yer or Half year then you are gone. You have to bare with this kind of situation.
