I had visited Joyalukkas which is on MG Road in Bangalore. I had seen the big showroom and thought of visiting it once. I had to buy bangles for my sister so I decided to visit this store. I had high expectations before visiting this store but they were brought to ground level as soon as I entered the store. The treatment I got it was pathetic.
Nobody was interested in showing us the bangles. We had to wait for some 20-25 minutes when somebody came to listen to us. When he started showing us the designs were as pathetic as they could be. They looked as I am buying it for my grandma. After repeatedly telling him about the specifications he dint pay attention only, after showing some designs he said that we don’t have anymore designs.Pathetic do not go by the showroom they are worst.
