The worst experience ever.?
Given my honda activa for service 3 weeks back and they charged me 7000rs.after 3 weeks I had to bring it back .there was noise in the front.when riding it was like pulling.its not smooth any more.I had asked them to change the petrol tube but they didnt and petrol was quickly draining.applying breaks makes noise.when I took the vehicle to service station told my complaint and they called me to collect the vehicle in the evening and told me everything is fixed .I took a test ride and sill same issue.noise from the front.noise applying break.later they asked me to come back on Sunday to change something.
Its the worst experience in my last 15 years.I was under the impression giving to authorized dealer for service will be much better since they will take care of the fault, Iam proven wrong.we need to be really careful.they are behind money and not worried about customer satisfaction.spending 7k on a vehicle and within 3 weeks getting issues isnt it ridiculous.Iam now worried if 7k what they show in the bill is actuals?
