I studied in JSS University In Jss Medical College Mysore and I had called to enquire about transcript. First some clerk guided me to write a requisition letter to Jss Medical College Principal requesting for Transcript along with 1000rs DD. I had asked them for photo copy they told me to mention it in the requition letter. I did d same and sent them the courier. I called them back again after 15days. Now they are telling they won’t send me photo copy and only the sealed transcript. If I want a photo copy I have to visit jss university and take the photo copy of my transcript. My question is if u can give me in hand why can’t u post me a photo copy as I am not living in mysore the alternate option is to do courier. Everyone do the same.(Other Universities for example VTU give a photo copy of Transcript for our reference) So I called up university again to request them to courier if it’s possible as I can not travel to Mysore, Some clerk attended again and after all the explanation I gave he connected my call to Superintendent which I got to know later. I dono who person was After the call got connected I told I have applied for transcript and I want photocopy of my transcript I have requested for photo copy in requition letter through courier along with transcript. He s not ready to listen to my next sentence. He told me if you want photo copy we can not give u it’s not in our University regulations better u take transcript from other University. I said I studied in jss university why should I take from some other University? He started how dare you speak with me like this do you know who I am? I am not a servant or sweeper speaking. I said okie sir listen to me sir I have some doubts he raised his voice again aeeeeeei don’t say listen to me and ended my call. After that I took almost 30mins to come back to normal. I really felt disappointed is this the way to behave? Being a Superintendent he has Noo patience to listen to what I am speaking. He shouted on me badly and ended the call. What ever ur position who ever u may be a Superintendent or a clerk first try to speak politely. If some body call for enquire this is not the way to behave. I know ur in a good position. Being polite doesn’t make u low or won’t loose anything.
