I have been using jugnoo from last 7 months and I find many troubles while using jugnoo service in Inform city. Auto drivers did not listen to customer’s and they even not accept request for ride. Many times driver’s refuse to visit on the location where I want to go. They started discussing about unnecessarily. The fare charges is low but services is wrost. They need to improve there services.
